SMS Terms and Conditions

Important: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

VNBX uses one or more 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers to send texts related to:

  • Account & security (e.g., login verification, password/reset code, unusual activity)
  • Transactional updates (e.g., waitlist status, platform notices, maintenance)
  • Service & feature announcements (e.g., new releases, policy updates)
  • Marketing messages (only with your prior express written consent)

2. Opt-In Consent

You may opt in via our web forms or other channels that clearly disclose the program name, message types, frequency, "Msg & Data rates may apply," and links to our Terms and Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you provide a mobile number, you represent you are the owner or authorized user.

3. Message Frequency

Frequency varies by program and activity. Typical ranges:

  • Account/Security: As needed
  • Transactional/Service: Up to 8 msgs/mo
  • Marketing (if opted in): Up to 4 msgs/mo

5. Supported Carriers

Supported by major U.S. carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, UScellular) and many regional carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier or network issues.

6. Opt-Out Commands

You can opt out at any time by texting any of the following keywords to our sending number: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive messages from that program, except for messages required for fraud/security or as otherwise permitted by law.

9. Privacy

We process your mobile number and message data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.

10. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 and in the U.S. to participate. You agree not to use our messaging programs for unlawful or abusive purposes and acknowledge that prohibited content (e.g., SHAFT: Sex, Hate, Alcohol (where restricted), Firearms, Tobacco; illegal substances; fraud; scamming) is not permitted.

11. Changes to the Program or Terms

We may modify or suspend messaging programs or these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our Site or sent via SMS or email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

MESSAGES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. VNBX AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE MESSAGING PROGRAM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, IF ANY. CARRIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED MESSAGES.

13. Arbitration; Class Waiver; Governing Law

Disputes relating to messaging programs are subject to the Arbitration Agreement, class action waiver, and New York governing law/venue provisions in our Terms of Use. You may opt out of arbitration within the timeframe stated there.
